Colby Wilcher, a 27-year-old resident of Holt, Florida, was found dead on April 11, 2022, in the Shoal River near Dorcas, Florida. His body was discovered by fishermen in a wooded area along the river, south of the Shoal River Bridge off Okaloosa County Road 393.
