Jorge Nunez Medina, a male from Homestead, FL, was tragically killed on October 8, 2022, in the Leisure City area of southwest Miami-Dade. Jorge, along with Alejandro Nunez Medina, was shot while sitting in front of a home on Southwest 299th Street. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. and was the culmination of a months-long feud between the victims and the suspects, Bryan Aviles, 27, and a 15-year-old boy named Erick Vanegas.
