On December 21, 2022, Tiffany Ann Marino, aged 52, was found dead in her home in Palmetto, Florida. The Palmetto Police Department responded to a call at the Colonial Mobile Home Park on 9th Avenue East at approximately 4:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Marino with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The investigation quickly identified Gregory Douglas Burkett Sr., a 69-year-old man who lived with Marino, as the primary suspect. The nature of their relationship was not specified by the ...
