On August 22, 1928, Nellie Gee Tong, a 16-year-old girl from Fairfield, California, tragically lost her life in a mass murder incident that shocked the community. The perpetrator, Leung Ying, also known as Loy Yeung, was a Chinese immigrant who had previously worked at the Bryan ranch, where the incident occurred.
