Tammy was a teenage runaway who had left her home in Okanogan County, Washington, and found herself entangled in a dangerous world. She was last seen in Seattle on September 10, 1979, getting into a silver Lincoln Continental owned by one of her employers. Tammy had been involved in a prostitution and racketeering case, where she agreed to testify against her employers in exchange for immunity. ...
