Tammy A. Vincent, a 17-year-old girl from Tiburon, California, met a tragic end on September 25, 1979. Tammy was a teenage runaway who had left her home in Okanogan County, Washington, and found herself entangled in a dangerous world. She was last seen in Seattle on September 10, 1979, getting into a silver Lincoln Continental owned by one of her employers.
