Tammy Vincent was a 17-year-old runaway who was tragically murdered on September 26, 1979, in Tiburon, California. Her body was found on a beach at Blackie's Pasture by a group of joggers. The crime scene revealed that she had endured a brutal attack: she was stabbed 43 times, doused with acetone and paint, set on fire, and ultimately shot in the back of the head.
