Jon-Erik Hexum, a promising young actor known for his roles in the TV series "Voyagers!" and "Cover Up," tragically died on October 18, 1984, at the age of 26 in Los Angeles, California. His death was the result of an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
