Guillermo Mendoza-Rojas, a 21-year-old Latino, was tragically killed on September 26, 2009, in Canoga Park, Los Angeles, California. He was shot twice in the 20900 block of Gresham Street. The incident occurred around 3:06 a.m. when officers responded to a call of shots fired in the area. Alongside Guillermo, his cousin Isidro Meza-Rojas, aged 28, was also shot and killed in the same incident.
