Jessie 'Sinner' Garcia, a 16-year-old resident of Colton, California, tragically lost his life on June 26, 1994. Jessie was a member of the North Side Colton (NSC) gang, and his death was the result of a drive-by shooting. He was shot in the head by members of the rival gang, Westside Verdugo, while walking down the street.
