Technical Sergeant Robert Bruce Butler, aged 34, tragically lost his life on January 10, 1998, at Edwards Air Force Base in Kern County, California. Butler, a member of the United States Air Force Security Forces, was performing his duties when he stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign and driving erratically.
