Teresa Gomez Madrigal, a 33-year-old mother of four from Riverside, California, was tragically found shot to death on February 24, 1999, near the entrance to Lake Poway, over 60 miles from her home. On February 23, 1999, Teresa had gone grocery shopping but never returned home. Her body was discovered the next day, marking the beginning of a long and unresolved investigation into her murder.
