Marsha Marie Doty Jackson, aged 32, tragically lost her life on September 9, 2001, in Sacramento, California. Her death was part of a horrific spree killing carried out by Joseph Ferguson, a 21-year-old security guard. Ferguson's rampage began on September 8, 2001, and lasted for 24 hours, during which he killed five people and wounded two others before taking his own life.
