Stuart Willis, a 14-year-old from Merced, California, tragically lost his life on March 26, 2002. He was one of four children killed in a horrific incident perpetrated by his stepfather, John Hogan. Hogan, a retired Santa Clara County sheriff's deputy, fatally shot Stuart along with his siblings, Stanley Willis, 15, Melanie Willis, 17, and his own daughter, Michelle Hogan, 5, before taking his own life.
