David Frank Mobilio, a 31-year-old police officer from Red Bluff, California, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2002. Mobilio, a dedicated officer with four years of service, was shot and killed while refueling his patrol car at a gas station. The incident occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., and his body was discovered around 2:30 a.m. by fellow officers who went searching for him after he failed to respond to radio calls.
