Marcellus Haley, an 18-year-old from Oakland, California, was tragically shot to death on February 16, 2006. The incident occurred as Haley stood talking to friends outside his aunt's apartment in the 3600 block of Coolidge Avenue. The motive behind the shooting was linked to a romantic entanglement.
