In the spring of 2017, the life of 22-year-old Lamar Chambers was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of April 3rd of that year, he was discovered in a vehicle in the 1600 block of North Wolfe Street, the victim of a fatal shooting.
