Jonathan Brian "Jon" Ford, a well-known businessman from Round Mountain, California, was tragically shot to death on March 12, 2007, at the age of 47. Ford, who owned the Golden Bear Store & Deli in Round Mountain and My-T-Fine Foods in Bella Vista, was found dead in his home on Mountain School Road. Despite extensive investigations, the case remains one of Shasta County's most perplexing unsolved murders.
