Edwin Catalan, a 22-year-old Latino man, was tragically killed on August 23, 2007, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred at approximately 12:37 a.m. on 4537 W. Fountain Ave. in the East Hollywood/Los Feliz area. Edwin was shot multiple times in what the LAPD Northeast detectives described as a walk-up shooting.
