Jason Coca, a 21-year-old resident of El Sobrante, was tragically shot to death on Halloween night, October 31, 2007, during a party in Pinole, California. The incident occurred at Michael Drive and Appian Way, where Coca was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds shortly after 11:45 p.m. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
