Esaul Villagrana, a 23-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 26, 2009. The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. near the intersection of 20th Street and Cedar Avenue. According to reports, Villagrana was driving down the street when he stopped his car and exited.
