Daniel Ravnesh Khelawan, a 28-year-old man from Redding, California, was tragically killed on January 8, 2010. The circumstances surrounding his death were both complex and deeply troubling. Khelawan was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting orchestrated by Vanessa Kay Williamson, who was later convicted of first-degree murder.
