Armando Ulloa, a 25-year-old resident of King City, California, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2010. Ulloa was walking home on North Vanderhurst Avenue around 9 p.m. when he was approached by three men and shot multiple times. He was rushed to Mee Memorial Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The incident was one of four homicides in King City that year, which led to increased public scrutiny and calls for an audit of the local police department.
