Anthony Hermosillo, a 27-year-old Latino, was fatally shot on Sunday, August 22, 2010, in the 5200 block of Banewell Avenue in Vincent, California. According to Los Angeles County coroner's records, authorities received a call about shots fired around 6:15 p.m. When police arrived at the scene, they found Hermosillo in his parked car with gunshot wounds. He was immediately taken to County-USC Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
