Aaron Shannon Jr., a 5-year-old boy from Los Angeles, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2010, after being shot in the head while showing off his Spider-Man costume to his family on Halloween. The incident occurred in the 1000 block of East 84th Street in the Florence neighborhood. Aaron was in his backyard when two men armed with handguns opened fire from an alley behind the home. One of the bullets struck Aaron in the back of his head, while his uncle and grandfather were also injured but ...
