Van Dinh Le, a 51-year-old resident of Escondido, California, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2011. The incident occurred when Escondido police officers responded to a call regarding a reportedly suicidal individual. Upon arrival, the officers encountered Van Dinh Le in his home. According to reports, the situation escalated, leading to the police fatally shooting Le. The county Medical Examiner's Office confirmed his identity and the cause of death as a result of the shooting.
