Fabian Arellano, a 27-year-old resident of Escondido, California, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on March 16, 2016. The incident occurred just after midnight in the vicinity of Escondido Boulevard and Ninth Avenue. Arellano was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to Palomar Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
