Dorian Phyllis Faulkner, a 29-year-old Black female, was a resident of Maryland. Her life was tragically cut short in May of 2017. Friends remembered her as a loving person, with one considering her more like a sister. She was a mother to sons, and those who knew her offered prayers for her family in their time of loss.
