Manuel Guadalupe Piñon, aged 48, tragically lost his life on October 5, 2011, in Cupertino, California. He was attending a routine safety meeting at the Lehigh Hanson Permanente Cement Plant when a disgruntled employee, Shareef Allman, opened fire on his coworkers.
