Anthony Hood, a 29-year-old resident of Fresno, California, was tragically killed on April 20, 2014. The incident occurred at the Manchester Gardens apartments located near Blackstone and Dakota avenues in Central Fresno. Hood was found shot multiple times inside one of the apartment units.
