Kenneth Mills, a 22-year-old man from Bellflower, California, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2014. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. at the Billionaire Barber Group located on Flower Street. According to reports, three men entered the barbershop with hoodies over their heads and opened fire without any warning.
