Devante Monroe, aged 24, was fatally shot on August 19, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place on the 1600 block of Cliftview Avenue. Responding to reports of gunfire, police found Devante suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite prompt emergency response efforts, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
