Paul Ray Kemp Jr., a 40-year-old man from Inglewood, California, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2014. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Inglewood police officers responded to a call reporting "unknown trouble" in the 3800 block of West 113th Street. Upon arrival, officers found Kemp engaged in a physical altercation with another individual.
