Fernando "Gordo" Guerra, a 24-year-old resident of San Lorenzo, California, was found dead on October 27, 2014, in Newark, CA. His body was discovered on the east side of Thornton Avenue between Marshlands Road and Hickory Street. An autopsy revealed that Guerra had died from a gunshot wound, leading the Newark Police Department to investigate his death as a homicide. Despite extensive efforts, no arrests have been made in connection with his murder.
