Conrado Pizarro, a 26-year-old resident of Palm Desert, California, was tragically shot on December 3, 2014, at a Shell gas station located at the corner of Washington Street and Avenue of the States. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. when Pizarro, who had just purchased a drink from the station, was confronted by a white SUV as he attempted to leave the premises.
