Raymond Serna Sevilla, a 17-year-old resident of Dos Palos, California, tragically passed away on December 7, 2014, in Los Banos. Born on November 5, 1997, in Merced, he was the son of Miguel Angel and Elizabeth (Sevilla) Serna. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply distressing for his family and the local community.
