Shon Michael Jackson-Jorqueras, an 18-year-old resident of Compton, California, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2015. The incident occurred in the 900 block of West Poplar Street, where Jackson-Jorqueras and two companions encountered another group. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, a member of the opposing group opened fire, resulting in Jackson-Jorqueras being fatally shot.
