Thomas Chambers, a 49-year-old from Baltimore, died on October 25, 2017, in what was officially ruled a homicide. The circumstances of his death are rooted in an incident from many years earlier. In August 1990, Thomas Chambers was shot on East Eager Street, Baltimore, and the injuries he sustained left him paralyzed for the remainder of his life.
