Dakota Marie Washington, a 16-year-old girl from Victorville, California, tragically passed away on April 19, 2015. Dakota's death was the result of an accidental shooting. On the day of the incident, a 15-year-old boy was handling a firearm when it discharged, fatally wounding Dakota. The boy was subsequently arrested and booked into juvenile hall on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter.
