Christopher Vargas, a 17-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 28, 2015, in Westchester, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. in the 5700 block of West Manchester Boulevard. Vargas and another individual were in a parking lot near a market when a man approached them and opened fire, discharging approximately seven rounds.
