Ramon Delgado Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2015. Delgado was attending a party in the 2400 block of South Ninth Street in southeast Fresno when a violent altercation erupted. The incident, which also claimed the life of 27-year-old Rene Diaz, occurred during a confrontation between partygoers and members of the Bulldog gang.
