Kejon Wayne Atkins, a 22-year-old man from Compton, California, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2015, after being shot four days earlier on July 23. On the morning of the incident, Atkins was standing on the sidewalk in the 1800 block of East 126th Street in Willowbrook when a gold-colored sedan approached.
