Desiree Veronica Ramirez, a 31-year-old woman from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost her life on August 11, 2015. She was found dead in her car in the driveway of a house located in the 3200 block of Isabel Drive in Glassell Park. The discovery was made around 2:50 a.m. by responding officers who were called to the scene following reports of a shooting. Ramirez had sustained a fatal gunshot wound, and her death was immediately treated as a homicide.
