Eugene Foxworth Jr., a 49-year-old man from Inglewood, California, was fatally shot on August 18, 2015. The incident occurred in the 4000 block of West Century Boulevard, where paramedics found Foxworth lying in the driveway of a gas station with a gunshot wound to his stomach. Despite being alert and oriented at the time, his condition deteriorated over the next few days.
