Joseph "Joey" Edward Galvan, a 22-year-old resident of Carson, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 9, 2015. Galvan was sitting at a bus stop near East 220th Street and Avalon Boulevard, waiting to head to his night shift at a warehouse in Compton.
