Joseph Edward Galvan, a 22-year-old resident of Carson, California, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 9, 2015. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. when Galvan, who had just left church and returned home to change, was on his way to a bus stop with a friend. While his friend went to a convenience store, Galvan stayed at the bus stop, preparing to head to his night shift at a warehouse in Compton.
