Sion Matthews, aged 25, was shot and killed on December 15, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident took place in the 4300 block of Shamrock Avenue. Matthews was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
