Albert Kong Meng Thao, a 27-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on September 12, 2015. Thao was fatally shot at a central Fresno restaurant, an incident that shocked the local community. The shooting occurred at the Mekhong restaurant, located in the area of Belmont and Blackstone avenues. Thao was one of two individuals shot inside the establishment that night.
