Francisco Bautista, a 15-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2015, in Florence, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Francisco was shot in an alley shortly after 4:30 p.m. He was with a 19-year-old friend, and the two were allegedly spray painting a wall when a gunman approached and began shooting at them.
