Kevin Lamarr Martin Sr., a 45-year-old resident of Hawthorne, California, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2015. Martin was standing with his cousin in the driveway outside his apartment on Doty Avenue when a man drove up and began shooting. Both men were taken to a nearby hospital, where Martin was placed on life support. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries the following day. His cousin, who was also shot, survived with a gunshot wound to his arm.
