Death by Force

William Freeman, aged 68, was found dead on December 10, 2015, in his home located in the 800 block of Sunset Court, Fairfield, CA. The Fairfield Police Department responded to a welfare check request at approximately 5:15 p.m. and discovered Freeman had been fatally shot.
